Aunt Tania, uncle Richard and John from england and my family went on a vacation to Guilin, China. Hehe...It was my 1st time to China. Was really excited about the whole thing. Lol. Had to wake up at 3a.m. in the morning. Was so tired. Cause slept late. =P It was a 3 and a half hour flight to Guilin.

When we reached there, it was drizzling. The security there was so strict. My mum's oranges was confiscated by the chinese officers!..there goes our fruits...lol...had no idea y they took the fruits away..anyway, we met our tour guide and a couple from Malaysia joined us. Guilin is the 3rd largest province in China where it comes after Beijing and Shanghai. It is also known as the raining city as it always rains. Lol. Guilin is popular for its scenery and its lime stone caves too. We 1st went to our hotel, known as Taizi hotel.

After our lunch at there, we started our tour. We went to a lime stone cave. Forgot the name of it. LOL. It was a small cave, but beautiful. The tour guide said we have to use our imagination to see the shape of the lime stone. lol.

Later on, we went to a silk factory and a tea factory. The silk was so soft which is a very good material to make bed cloth and blanket..while in the tea factory, we had a chance to try various types of chinese tea. Love the diff taste of the tea. Better than Malaysia a lot..lol..After dinner, we had a tour in the mini bus to the city where the view and lights were mesmerizing. =)

Today, the kids who participated in the holiday program went for an outing which include visiting yakult factory and an ostrich farm situated in seremban. I was in charge of Group 4 which consist of 7 kids with an age range of 6-12. This lil kid below here was my partner in the bus for the day as he was the youngest in the group. He's so cute!..lol..

We started our journey heading towards yakult factory. It was about a 45 minutes drive. When we arrived, we were welcomed by a few workers. Then we were placed at a hall and was to watch a cartoon which talks about the benefit of drinking yakult. Lol.. When the person in charge asked the kids where does the food goes into 1st (obviously into the mouth), they all answered in unity -the neck!..lol..We then had a bottle of yakult each. Later on, we went around the factory and the person in charge showed us the process of manufacturing the yakult drink. Then, we were led back to the entrance to buy some yakult drink for those who brought money.

We went to Mac donalds for lunch in tesco at Seremban. It was packed!..But we had fun eating..lol... as everyone was starving..XD




After our lunch, we headed to the most anticipated spot which is the ostrich farm...lol..when we reached there, we were welcomed by a couple of guys..most of the ostrich were fenced..the guy in charge said that the brain of an ostrich is as small as a pea. So ostrich is counted as a very stupid animal..lol..we saw some emu there too..actually, an emu and an ostrich are the same kind...is just that there are a few differences..

Later on, we each had chance to sit on the ostrich...^^.the picture below is jeremy on the ostrich..what a courageous kid! The boys were quite brave.. But still there was quite a few of them didn't dare to sit on the ostrich..lol


Then it was the teacher's turn to sit on it..the principal, Mrs. Lee was the 1st who volunteered..lol..she was very sporting...after her, i volunteered myself...can't miss this opportunity..though i was kinda nervous at that time..lol..

well, its another usual day which i had to work..for your info, this week, the kindergarten which i'm working in is having a holiday program for the kids who are available during the hols. The day started off with aerobics with the kids. 2 teachers were invited to teach the kids how to dance. They were so hilarious untill the kids were giggling as they dance with the songs. Lol. Even I can't help myself giggling along with them. Then we had art and craft session. The kids were to make a card for their dads as to commemorate father's day. There were lots of different and creative drawings and words to express to their dad. I even heard from a few kids that this boy wrote to his dad.."Dad, i love u. I want you to bring me to the cinema. So, you cannot say no. Happy Father's Day"...lol!..what a text..haha...later in the noon after lunch, they went to the science lab and was able to experience holding and looking into the microscope which they found it real interesting.. After the that, they played the hangman game..lol...it was a fun time with them..really...maybe you guys should experience it yourself one day..^^

My Special day!!..^^

well, i officially turned 18 today- 24th May 2009!!..wohooo!!..lol..the sad thing is i'm older one year now....haha..have to overcome more obstacles of life in my path ahead...which won't be easy at all..lol..so,back to my day..lol... my morning started off with hugs and wishes from my parents, sis and granddad..lol...then, we went to church n i sat with ryan,carol, koshe, joanne n my lil sis...lol..it was a great service...hehe..then we went for lunch at wong kok in leisure mall without koshe..sobz..(she had to register in her hostel today)....had spaghetti for lunch..hehe.. me, joanne n carol took lots of pics together when ryan went to the washroom...well, i was startled when ryan came bak with a blueberry chocolate cake from breadstory! ..lol.it was so sweet n thoughtful of him..thx ryan!!^^....i also received wonderful gifts from them...was really touch and happy..^^....after lunch, we watched night in the museum 2 which was NICE!!..its a show tht u guys shuld go n watch..recommended by janice lee..=P.haha..it was a wonderful afternoon in all...thx guys!! =D...

after resting n cleaning up at home, dinner time came....n granddad wanted to give me a treat for my b'day...so we went to a korean restauran called "Bee Won", situated at Ampang Avenue..lol...gosh..we really had a sumptious meal!!..da fud was really gud..hehe...later bak home, they sang me a b'day song n we enjoyed da cake ordered by dad...it was superb!!!...it was my favourite chocolate moist cake!...lol..yum yum yum!!!..hehe...had a fabulous day...real thank my parents,frens, siblings, granddad for making my bday so special n memorable!! Mostly juz wanna thank God for His love n mercy upon me throughout this 17 years of life which He was n will be always there for me...=)

An unforgetable day! =)

Today was our reunion day with my primary school gang as we hadn't met for quite some time, plus my best friend, ruyee had to go overseas soon to further her studies...sobz...i and Linda took KTM together to Midvalley. It was a blazing hot day with the sun scorching our skin. We reached around 2 and went straight to "Spaghetti grill" to meet up the gang. I was really shocked when I saw Khai Howe as all I could remember he was a cute little guy when he was in primary skul..haha..Now he is all grown up...lol..anyway, we mostly did today is EAT!..lol... .Linda and I shared pizza together for lunch..n we had a wonderful time of fellowship with each other...guess what we did after that?.. We went to "Sweetchat" for dessert!! yum yum..=P...I and Ruyee shared a big bowl of durian cendol..It was superb!!.. It is a MUST TRY for those who are durian lovers like me..XD..Linda wasn't a fan of durian, so she had kiwi cendol..which was delectable 2!!..lol...later on, me, ruyee and Linda wanted to catch a movie later as we plan not to go bak so early..so we qued up which was a super long que to buy our tickets for "Push"..the thing is....the seats were so front and they wanted to see our IC s to check whether we're 18 n above which unfortunately our birthdays havent pass..lol...dissapointedly we walk around the mall looking for a place to yam cha..lol....And you know what?.. we ended up eating at "little taiwan" with seng joe and khai howe..EATING again!..lol..I'm just so sure i gained a few kg s...sobz...Anyway, it was a really memorable and an unforgetable day which I will cherish a lot!...Thanks for wonderfuly day guys!!..^^
